This is an absolutely beautiful item, the picture really does not do it justice.

Pretty light catching Swarovski teardrops and crystals decorate the silver thread webbing inside the hoop, with, each pretty dangling drop has Swarovski crystals and beautiful glass teardrops and to finish it off, a Swarovski heart at the lowest point. 

Catches the sunlight beautifully.

Satin white ribbon has been bound around the hoop and comes complete with silver cord to hang in your window.
