Return Policy

Firwel Crafts would like all their customers to be happy customers, if you’re not happy then neither are we.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have received, you may return the item providing it is unused and retuned within 30 days of receipt.

All refunds will not include shipping costs posted to or from Firwel Crafts. To qualify for a refund the product and packaging should be in it’s original condition. A credit will be given once the product has been received and checked by Firwel Crafts.

This policy applies to all our products with the exception of pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.

 
Damaged items:

It is recommended the customer inspect all items thoroughly upon receipt. Please make sure you check your order for the correct quantity of items ordered and for any damage that may have occurred in transit within 10 days of receipt of order.

Orders delivered damaged or defective and reported to Firwel Crafts within 30 days will be exchanged at no cost to the customer. On some occasions photographic evidence of damage sent to us by email may speed up a replacement being sent.

Any items being returned must have prior approval of Firwel Crafts before doing so. To return an item, please send us an email explaining the problem, and you will be given instructions on what to do next.

If an item is being returned then it is recommended the item is insured with the courier and you retain your receipt.  Firwel Crafts will not be held responsible for items returned damaged or lost in transit. 

If we have made an error in processing your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will give you instructions on what to do next.

Shipping:

Most items are sent via The Post Office First Class.  Larger orders may be sent via DHL

All our prices include post & packaging for the United Kingdom only.  Please email us for prices to countries outside the United Kingdom.

We ship to most parts of the world including: USA, Canada, Channel Islands, Far East, Australasia, France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Republic of Ireland, if your country is not listed please email us to enquire before ordering.

Stock Availability:

All orders are subject to availability.

While we do our best to up date our website on a daily basis, it may not always possible to notify you the availability of our items.

Payments can be made securely through Paypal by using your credit/debit card or your Paypal account.

We accept payment through Google Checkout.

We also accept cheques and postal orders.

We do not recommend sending payment by cash.
