Traditionally, Dream Catchers are used to let good dreams glide down the web, pass through the feathers, and enter the dreamer's sleep.
The bad dreams are captured in the web and are dissolved by the light of the morning sun, thus bringing peace, love, joy and harmony into the life of the sleeper.
Dream catchers are not just gifts for friends and loved ones; they are also given to infants and children (Do NOT hang over cots or beds though, they are choking hazards).
Native Americans have not made these Dream Catchers, but they have been made with a great deal of love and will make a wonderful gift for children and adults of any age.
